Barbara Parker

June 22, 1950 — March 23, 2015

Barbara Parker, of Bessemer, went to be with her Lord on Monday, March 23, 2015, at the age of 64.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Michael Parker; 2 sons, Christopher Parker (Jamie) and Jeremy Parker (Katie); 3 grandchildren, J.C., Sierra, and Isaac Parker; 2 sisters, Judy Vianey (Paul) and Linda Beaman; and her brother, Michael Amberg (Barbara); and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 11-1, Thursday, March 26, 2015, at Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home, Hwy 150 in Hoover. Service will follow at 1 PM in the chapel, Brian Gilpin officiating. Interment will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South.
