Anita Roberts

of Birmingham, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at the age of 86. She was a WWII veteran who served in the U.S. Navy as a link training pilot instructor. Mrs. Roberts was as avid craftsman who sewed and painted for many years. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Vicki Vinson. She is survived by a son, Richard D. Roberts (Sandra); 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and a brother, Richard Baldwin (Barbara). Graveside service will be on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 10 AM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens, South. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Big Oak Ranch.
