Angela Pender

PENDER, ANGELA MCKEE, of Pinson, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, July 9, 2011, at the age of 67. She was a graduate of Hueytown High School and a resident of Pleasant Grove for more than 40 years. Angie owned Divine Design Formalwear in Trussville. She is preceded in death by her parents, Farris and Mary McKee, and a granddaughter, Savannah Grace Pender. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Gary C. Pender; two daughters, Michelle P. Dickey (Scott) and Janelle P. Walters (Dave); two sons, Heath A. Pender (Lisa) and Philip A. Pender; twelve grandchildren, Reagan, Kristen, Madison, Kaylee, Austin, Nathan, Trey, Aaron, Andrew, Luke, Adam and Ethan; three sisters, Becky Rorie (Bill), Sharon Profetto (Jim) and Karen McKee; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; Chipper and Prissy, her beloved dogs. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM, Monday, July 11, 2011, at First Baptist Church of Pleasant Grove. Funeral service will be held in the church at 10 AM, Tuesday, July 12, 2011. Interment will be in Forest Grove Cemetery.
