Aline Luster

Aline Emilie Scherlen Luster, born July 10, 1926, passed away on November 8, 2020. After being apart from her beloved husband for 22 years, she is finally reunited with him and the family members she missed so terribly. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mathilda Horney Scherlen and Edward Peter Scherlen, her husband of 55 years, Grady Lee Luster, Sr., brother, Cyrill Joseph (CJ) Scherlen, sister Olivia Catherine (Levy) Miller, sister Lillian Lucille (Lil) Hoff, brother Lee Calvin (Sonny Boy), sister Thearese Scherlen, son-in-law Clayton Mitchell Pierce (Donna), grandson Ryan Lee Luster (SoonJu) and grandson Dustin Mitchell Pierce.

Family left behind are daughter Barbara Ann Luster Borg (Larry), son Grady Lee Luster, Jr. (Janice), daughter Cynthia (Cyndi) Marie Luster Evans (John), and daughter Donna Rose Luster Barnes, (Tom), thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and one great great grandchild due in December. After struggling with Alzheimer’s, we rejoice knowing she is singing with angels in her perfect body and resting in the arms of Jesus.
