Adley Brooke Horton, precious baby girl of Matt and Tiffany (Lee) Horton, was born into the arms of angels on March 10, 2016. Born at 33 weeks, she weighed 3 lbs. 14 oz. and was 18 inches long. Although Adley never spent any time with us on earth, she was very, very loved and touched many lives.

Matt and Tiffany would like to thank friends, family, and the amazing doctors and nurses at UAB for all of their love, compassion and support during this very tough time. We will be forever grateful.

Visitation will be on Friday, April 8, 2016 from 2 PM to 3 PM at the Currie-Jefferson Funeral Home Chapel in Hoover, Alabama. Funeral service will be held at 3 PM in the funeral home.
